An evaluation of the mailing piece to see if there are ways to improve. I would shop three different sources to get you the best price. We suppress any list purchase against prior purchases.
A review of your mailing list profiles to see if we can improve on the selections. There would be one price that can include geography marital status, age, income, home value, length of time in residence and anything else you feel pertinent to the success of your program.
A 95% deliverability guarantee. That is, any returns that exceed 5% we pay against the cost of the entire mailing
We shop two different mailing houses to get the best possible terms of sale. They are both long standing Orange County companies.
The postage will be predicated upon the configuration of the list. You will be given a quotation and then….a postal certification. That takes place soon after the drop. Any refunds on postage are paid back to you immediately.
- Any new lists are de duped against your internal files. We would remove all duplications so that you are not paying twice for the same product.
- We offer an introductory complimentary cleaning of your internal files that would include an NCOA….(national change of address scrub) as well as a filter that removes anyone who has financial problems like foreclosures, bankruptcies and paycheck loans.
- After the initial complimentary cleaning, we do offer a program that can cleanse your company files on a regular basis.
- If we give you a mailing date, we keep our agreement.
Our typical charges for the mailing list are for a one time use or for unlimited usage for one year. Twenty years in the business have taught us that the quality of the list is something that we can control. If you are comfortable in sharing the charges you have paid with your prior list source, it would be a good guideline for me to meet.
